I first came across wall stickers when i was looking for a fun way to decorate my daughters room. At the time I found it hard to find any available that shipped to Australia. eclectic chairs at the dinner table :-)

If I ever get the chance to re-decorate, one thing I really want, is a big old dining table with a bunch of un-uniform eclectic chairs. I love how they somehow go together even though they don't match, and add character and conversation to the dinner table! and the best bit of all, they hardly cost a thing! you can pick up old timber chairs at antique places for $10/$15 and paint whatever colour you fancy! BARGAIN!!! :-)

LOVE vintage birdcages. Don't really know why because they are purely decorative and not always easy to find a place for in the home. But they are just soo beautiful, who can resist?!!

a little bit of blush...

I've never been one of those girls that are big into pink, I've always found the cotton candy colour a bit sickly. In fact, I don't think I own a single thing in my wardrobe or home that is pink (except my daughters wardrobe, which probably wouldn't have pink either, if all her clothes were purchased by me). However, saying this, I am particularly fond of a touch of blush. A slight hint of the shade somehow seems more sophisticated and yet oozes  femininity. I found a few pics to share that make you wana go in search of a bit of blush yourself :-)
