The type of home I'd love to buy! ;-p
Hidden down a country lane, lined with hundred year old oaks, this corner property of approximately 3/4 of an acre boasts established European trees with a large variety of rhododendrons, camellias, spring bulbs and autumn colours. The classic hills house, circa 1930s has many original features including fretwork, pressed metal entrance & an original wood fired stove. Each light filled room looks out to the gardens merging the inside with the outside, and includes all of the requirements for modern living.
stuff I'd love to have/add to my reno delight ;-p

eclectic chairs at the dinner table :-)
If I ever get the chance to re-decorate, one thing I really want, is a big old dining table with a bunch of un-uniform eclectic chairs. I love how they somehow go together even though they don't match, and add character and conversation to the dinner table! and the best bit of all, they hardly cost a thing! you can pick up old timber chairs at antique places for $10/$15 and paint whatever colour you fancy! BARGAIN!!! :-)
